Selection process
Document Screening
You are required to submit your resume in Japanese or English.
Aptitude test
We will conduct the test in Japanese or English.
Online or paper-based test.
Aptitude test may not be conducted in some cases.
First round of case interviews (1-3)
Will be conducted in Japanese or English.
Will be conducted in person, via videoconference, or teleconference.
Successful candidates will receive an invitation for the next and final interview.
2-3 final case interviews
Conducted in Japanese or English.
Conducted in person, via videoconference, or teleconference.
