Purpose: Costs for initial research, listing of target companies and initial negotiations

Time of payment: after completion of due diligence
Purpose: Costs for due diligence, financial and legal investigations and acquisition price negotiations
Amount: 7% of transaction value
Time of payment: on completion of the transaction (at closing)
Purpose: contingency fee for all services leading up to the completion of the transaction
